This complete construction system technology is an alternative to monolithic reinforced concrete structures.

The houses can be structurally completed in 3-7 days. You only need concrete, steel, and made-to-measure ISB-PHC elements, and they are significantly cheaper than structurally ready houses built using the traditional method because the material and labor costs are also considerably lower: no skilled workers are needed, only trained workers.

In the case of a traditional 200 mm thick monolithic reinforced concrete structure, a 5 m2 wall or slab supporting structure can be built from one cubic meter of concrete; on the other hand, when building an ISB structure with the same load capacity, a 25 m2 wall or 15 m2 wall structure can be built from one cubic meter of concrete.

The weight of the load-bearing reinforced concrete lattice structure is only 20% of the traditional load-bearing structures, but it is more potent, which is why ISB houses are earthquake-resistant.

From the point of view of building physics, the traditional monolithic reinforced concrete structure is vapor-tight, not suitable for the construction of living spaces, and its thermal insulation is minimal, in contrast to the ISB structure, which is vapor-permeable and thermally insulated due to the monolithic reinforced concrete grid structure and porous concrete bark elements.

The 25 cm wall structure of the ISB is also lighter and narrower than in the case of traditional construction, which is why it is more economical and has a better ratio of the net and gross built-up areas; therefore, apartments with a larger net living area can be built on the same gross built-up area.

We also get to complete "turnkey" completion faster and more economically than usual because neither interior nor exterior plastering is required so that a house can be completed in 60 days from the foundation.

The operation of buildings made with the ISB construction system is also economical, energy-saving, and sustainable.
